Delivery expenses

The shipping is realized by post from Berlin, Germany, where our books are produced. We calculate 2 weeks from the moment of ordering, although that is not an exact date and real shipping duration too depends on the final destiny of shipping. For further details about the individual state and evaluated shipping time of his/her order, the client can contact us at every moment.

Excluded from the normal shipping time are products that were not on store and therefore have to be procured supplies (about 10 days more). In that case we will inform the client by mail about the particular evaluated shipping time.
We reserve the right to adapt our shipping prices to the actual prices of the company responsible for shipping.

Shipping rate depends on the amount and weight of product. Shipping costs are 3€ to countries within the European Union. For all other countries shipping for 1 book are 3€, up to the books 6€. From the 4th book shipping is free. In the case, that you do not obtain ordered products within the estimated time, contact us, so we can reclaim it to the transport company. Please, considerate, that it can take up to three months till the company answers our request, but we will inform you immediately about any news regarding the missing parcel.
