How to order?

In a few steps to your order:

1. Register as guest or regular client - registering as client has the advantage that you must not introduce your bank connection dates and your direction in every new order process. 

2. Choose a book. Select a language and, depending on the product's details description, the sex of the main person(s). Then introduce into the free spaces below the corresponding individual dates like dedication, names, soccer club etc.

For example:

Language: English
Gender Child 1: Boy
Gender Child 2: Girl
Dedication: Happy Birthday! Your grandparents wish you all the best!
Name Child 1: Peter
Name Child 2: Sue

Please check if all the dates are correct!

3. Click on "Add to cart" and then enter your cart. There you can check once more on all your dates. 

4. When you are ready to buy: Click on your cart and then go on "Checkout". Fill out the necessary dates for paying and sending. 

5. Finishing the order process, please check your e-mails for an electronic message confirming your order.
In case you find any mistake in your order, contact us in the very moment sending us an e-mail to customer@mallorca-kinderbuch.com or calling our service hotline +34 971 72 90 71. Please give us reference of your order number and date of order.

6. Soon we will send you an another e-mail confirming that your order reached us and that we will proceed to work on it.

7. Within aprox. 2 weeks you will receive your very personal book.
